Enhanced Air Terms and Conditions of Trade

Definitions

“Seller” refers to Enhanced Air

“Client” refers to the person or organization placing the order with or requesting service from Enhanced Air.

Application

The terms and conditions are valid for any goods or services provided by the Seller to the Client.

Pricing

All prices are detailed as per the invoice and/or quote and are in accordance with the work requested and carried out.  The Seller reserves the right to increase a quoted fee if the Client requests a variation to the work agreed.

Payment

When requesting the Seller’s service, the Client agrees to pay the service call and labour rates as detailed on the invoice provided. Further service or parts needed will also be detailed in the invoice. All invoices of the Seller shall be paid by the Client within seven (7) days of the date of invoice. In the event of late payment, the Seller may charge interest on the amount outstanding. Alternatively, for invoices unpaid 30 days after the due date, the Seller may impose a surcharge equal to 2.5% of the outstanding amount.

If any amount of the invoice remains unpaid after 60days the Seller will undertake collection services to recover the funds owed.

Deposit

All work over $5000 requires a 10% deposit and is payable to commence work.

Where the Seller requires payment of a deposit, the Client acknowledges that the deposit is not returnable should the client alter the work order.

Ownership of Goods or Services

Until the invoice is paid in full all goods remain the property of the Seller.

Workmanship

The Seller warrants its workmanship on new installations for a period of 12months from date of invoice. Existing units that are serviced by the Seller have a 2week workmanship warranty only on the service work originally carried out. If we are required to return to the job within this period for the same fault, no cost will be incurred by the customer. If we are required to return to the job after this period for the same fault no service call will be charged, however the customer will be liable for labour charges and any further parts or refrigerant needed.  Normal rates of service will apply for any new fault that occurs. 

Confidentiality

Both parties shall maintain strict confidence and shall not disclose to any third party any information or material relating to either parties personal and professional details and shall not use such information and material.

Warranty

The Seller will uphold the manufacturers product warranty according to their instruction on all replacement parts and new units supplied and installed.
